Jeff Wilcox Texas Hold'm Tournament and Trivia Night

On February 28, the Jeff Wilcox Foundation will host its annual fundraiser. The tournament will be hosted at the Vesper Hall in Blue Springs, MO. Please visit www.jeffwilcox.org for more information and registration forms.

Jeff Wilcox, an Alumni of Alpha Phi Gamma, passed away in September 2005 at the age of 35 from Glioblastoma Multiform, leaving his wife Stephanie and two young sons (Asher 2 mo and Skylar 23 mo at the time) behind. The Jeff Wilcox Foundation was created to not only remember Jeff for his greatness, but also to allow Jeff's generosity of spirit to continue to work through us. Money raised by the tournament will be used to further brain cancer research through direct funding of critical research projects and to promote academic excellence through scholarships.

Moker Quoted in New York Times Article

Moker alumnus C. Fred Bergsten was quoted in a recent New York Times article on the effects of rising oil prices on global business.

Current actives and recent visitors to campus are more familiar with Brother Bergsten as a major contributor to Central Methodist University, perhaps having eaten a meal or two in the dining hall that bears his name.
